One small framed print has been gifted to the South Oakleigh Wildlife Shelter. Its dedicated people travel hundreds of kilometres every week to rescue injured and orphaned wildlife. This is the largest shelter in the Melbourne metropolitan area. The South Oakleigh Wildlife Shelter is a voluntary non-profit organisation that rescues, rehabilitates and releases native wildlife, such as bats, possums, magpies, lorikeets, cockatoos, galahs, corellas, owls and other wild birds, lizards and turtles. Most of the sanctuaries are completely self-funded or rely on occasional donations. The funds will be used to care for the wildlife in their care, generally on things like food, teats and bottles, maintenance of the shelter, and fuel.

I visit wildlife sanctuaries, take a portrait of one animal, and 100% of profits from each sale of that fine art print goes directly to that wildlife sanctuary. Inspired by a request to buy a large print of Waldo the orphaned joey that graced the cover of the Country Style magazine Spirit of the Bush issue in early 2020, I launched a personal project to raise funds for some of our dedicated wildlife carers who give so much to our native animals. 100% of profits are donated to the South Oakleigh Wildlife Shelter, Victoria
